In the Southern Hemisphere: Tropical cyclone 14s (Enala), located approximately 702 nm southeast of Port Louis, Mauritius, is tracking north-northwestward at 07 knots.
Tropical cyclone 15p (Judy), located approximately 117 nm south-southeast of Port Vila, Vanuatu, is tracking south-southeastward at 14 knots.

Mozambique - At least 7 people have died and thousands have been displaced after Tropical Cyclone Freddy made its way across Mozambique. Tropical Cyclone Freddy made landfall in Vilankulo District in the Inhambane Province on 24 February with winds of 95 km/h. Freddy then weakened to a tropical storm with recorded winds of 55km/h. The United Nations said Freddy tracked across seven districts in Inhambane (Funhalouro, Govuro, Inhassoro, Mabote, Massinga, Morrumbene, Vilankulo) and one in Gaza (Chigubo), an area where approximately 873,000 people live.
Paraguay - More heavy rain has caused further flooding in at least 4 departments of Paraguay over the last few days. The National Emergency Secretariat (SEN) said they have assisted thousands of families affected by floods in the Amambay and Concepción Departments. Meanwhile, the municipality of Puerto Casado in Alto Paraguay Department declared a state of emergency. Recent storms have caused severe damage to buildings and homes in San Pedro Department.
