China - Heavy rains, flooding and landslides in south-west China have killed at least ten people, while 30 others are missing. The deluge has led to significant damage to homes and farms - and forced some 22-thousand people to evacuate elsewhere. Other parts of China are also being battered by storms, causing widespread power cuts. Beijing is also on storm alert.
