Monkeypox

Monkeypox was found to be a contributing factor in the October death of a New Jersey resident with a history of underlying medical conditions, the New Jersey Department of Health announced Monday. This is the first reported death in New Jersey tied to monkeypox.

Dengue Fever - Americas

From the beginning of the year through October 8, WHO officials have reported a total of 2,499,358 cases of dengue in the Americas. The highest number of dengue cases in the region have been reported by the following countries: Brazil with 2,182,229 cases (87.3%), Nicaragua with 63,853 cases (2.6%), Peru with 60,869 cases.
