Tropical Storms - Roundup of Tropical Storms:

In the North Indian Ocean: Tropical cyclone 07a (Seven), located approximately 523 nm southeast of Masirah Island, is tracking westward at 06 knots.

Namibia - Flooding damaged buildings and swept away vehicles in the city of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, on 15 December 2022 after 3 months’ worth of rain fell in 24 hours. Several buildings were damaged, including a Police Station in Otjomuise and the Wernhill Park shopping centre. Dozens of cars parked in the shopping centre were flooded. Local media reported fast-flowing rivers have caused havoc in the suburbs and informal areas of the city.

DT Congo - The number of people killed by widespread floods and landslides in Congo’s capital, Kinshasa, has climbed to more than 140. At least 12 others are still missing but the government is not optimistic anyone will be found alive.
