A lightning sparked wildfire is burning near the popular Middle Fork of Salmon River in central Idaho. Firefighters have been unable to reach the blaze due to the remoteness of the area.
A small wildfire burning in a remote area southeast of Casper, Wyoming was contained yesterday after scorching about 200 acres.
Bushfires on Fiji
A bushfire went out of control at Natabua in Lautoka in Fiji yesterday. The National Fire Authority is urging people living in the Western and Northern divisions to refrain from lighting fires to burn rubbish and leaving the blaze unattended.
