Nicaragua - A red alert has been issued after a heavy downpour left 22 people dead and made more than 32,000 homeless in Nicaragua. Around 4,544 homes home are damaged or destroyed by floods or have been evacuated due to flood risk. Heavy downpours in Nicaragua began early Thursday night.
