A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Culebra, Vieques, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, Antigua and Montserrat, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maartin, St. Martin, Guadeloupe and Desirade les Saintes.
