Utah, USA - Update - Flash floods in Hildale, Utah have claimed the lives of at least sixteen people and left four others missing. According to Reuters, flash floods near Utah's border with Arizona killed 12 people and left one missing. Similarly, four people died and three went missing in Zion National Park to the north, after going to explore canyons.
