Earthquakes

5.5 Earthquake hits southern Turkey. Some reports of damage to a minaret at a mosque and injuries to a handful of people.

5.4 Earthquake hits south of the Fiji islands.

The Afghan village hit by two earthquakes and a resultant landslide of Monday is to be declared a mass grave. Part of a mountain collapsed and rescuers are finding it impossible to recover more than a few of the approximately 71 women and children believed to have been buried in the rubble.
