The death toll in the floods that hits Russia's Black Sea Krasnodar region rises to 150. 11 inches of rain fell overnight which represents 3 months worth of normal rainfall. Floodwaters reached ceiling height in homes in the town of Karymsk. Bodies were seen floating in the streets.
