Texas, USA - Sunday afternoon storms sparked flash flooding from Fort Worth all the way into Kaufman County. East Dallas, near Deep Ellum, saw nearly two inches of rain all at once. It led to several reports of high water and in some cases, parked cars floating up and over the sidewalk.
