In the southern hemisphere: Tropical cyclone 18p (Josie), located approximately 180 nm south of Suva, Fiji, is tracking southward at 03 knots.

Tropical cyclone (tc) 17p (Iris), located approximately 178 nm east of Cairns, Australia, is tracking southeastward at 03 knots.

Fiji - Flooding which followed torrential rain brought on by Tropical Cyclone Josie claimed the lives of four Fijians while Police continued to search for another in the Western Division yesterday.

UK - Forecasters have warned of treacherous driving conditions for Easter holidaymakers with snow and torrential rain on the way. Cars in London have been submerged in water as the Thames banks burst in Richmond. Now, Britain could be blasted with up to six inches of snow as well as torrential rain as the Met Office has issued more than 100 flood warnings over the bank holiday weekend.
