Tropical Storms - Roundup of Tropical Storms:

In the Western Pacific Ocean: Typhoon 24w (Halong), located approximately 142 nm west-southwest of Minami Tori Shima, is tracking northeastward at 08 knots.

Tropical storm 25w (Nakri), located approximately 547 nm east-southeast of Da Nang, Vietnam, is tracking eastward at 02 knots.

In the Indian Ocean: Tropical cyclone 23w (Matmo), located approximately 353 nm east-southeast of Visakhapatnam, India, is tracking northwestward at 07 knots.

Central African Republic - Weeks of torrential rain have caused severe flooding in Central African Republic’s capital, Bangui, leaving tens of thousands of people homeless in a city of one million that is still recovering from years of conflict. The Oubangui River burst its banks mid-October, plunging large parts of Bangui underwater and causing seven deaths and 25 injuries, the Red Cross said. Other provinces of the country have also been affected.

Montenegro - Torrential rains have caused floods and landslides in parts of Montenegro, blocking roads and cutting off dozens of homes. roads and bridges have been blocked by overflowing rivers or mud from landslides. Dozens of homes in villages around the central town of Niksic have been cut off by surging waters. Heavy rainfall has also hit the coastal region by the Adriatic Sea, flooding streets and houses in the southern town of Herceg Novi that's unused to so much rain at once.
