Volcanos

Roundup of Global Volcanic Activity:

Sakurajima (Kyushu, Japan): Activity in the past few days has been comparably low. No significant explosions have been registered for 2 days. The latest stronger explosions occurred during 5-6 December. Assuming it continues to follow its apparent roughly weekly rhythm of alternating stronger and weaker activity, some stronger explosions can be expected to break the "silence" soon.
