Bosnia & Herzegovina - Bosnia and Herzegovina's major city of Tuzla, located 120 kilometers northeast of the capital Sarajevo, declared on Sunday a state of natural disaster due to floods. The heavy rains which have been falling since Thursday caused major rivers and streams to spill over and to flood some 60 residential objects, causing great material damage.
