Wildfires – California

Glass Fire – This fire had burned 67,484 acres with 70% containment. At least 1,545 structures have been destroyed, including 645 homes. 3,480 structures are threatened.

Zogg Fire – This fire had burned 56,338 acres with 92% containment. At least four people have been killed. Two inmate firefighters were injured Friday. 204 structures have been destroyed, and 0 structures are threatened.

Creek Fire – This fire had burned 330,899 acres with 49% containment. 856 structures have been destroyed, though damage inspection is not complete. 119 structures are threatened.

North Complex – These fires had burned 318,929 acres and 88% contained. 15 people in Butte County have died and two first responders have been injured. At least 2,471 structures have been damaged or destroyed.

August Complex – These fires had burned 1,020,571 acres and were 65% contained. One firefighter has died on the August Complex. Two additional firefighters were involved in the accident. 11,310 structures are threatened and 21 structures have been destroyed.
