Tropical Storm 22w (Hagupit), located approximately 134 nm southwest of Manila, Philippines, and is tracking west-southwestward at 8 knots.
Hagupit, although weakened, will continue to bring heavy rains with flooding along a 450km wide swathe as it travels across the Philippines.
