China - At least 10 people were killed after a flood hit China's northwestern Shaanxi province. Heavy rains hit Yulin City in northern Shaanxi from Tuesday night and caused floods in a number of areas. Floods in China. ReutersFloods in China. Taiwan - Taiwan suffered flooding, widespread power outages and winds of over a hundred miles an hour as it was battered by its first typhoon of the year on Saturday.
