Tropical Storms - Roundup of Tropical Storms:

Tropical Storm Halola is located about 110 nm east-northeast of Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan and is tracking north-northwestward at 11 knots.

Tropical Depression 12w (twelve), located approximately 383 nm northeast of Manila, Philippines, is tracking north-northeastward at 05 knots.

Post-Tropical Cyclone Felicia is located about 660 mi...1065 km W of the southern tip of Baja California with maximum sustained winds...30 mph...45 km/h. Present movement...NW or 305 degrees at 13 mph...20 km/h.

Canada - A state of emergency has been declared after a damaging hailstorm ripped through the central Saskatchewan town of Kerrobert in Canada.

Kazakhstan - Glacial melt has triggered flooding in Almaty, Kazakhstan leading to the evacuation of about 950 people. Glacial melt sent an unusually high amount of water mixed with boulders down into the town from the morainic lake Bezymyannoye at the Kargaly glacier.

China - Chinas has been beaten by unbelievable rainstorms for the last three days. The continuous rainstorms have affected 360,700 people in 14 counties, districts and cities in central China's Hubei province since Wednesday. In Wuhan, capital of Hubei, more than 10cm fell on Thursday, while outside of the city, as about 36,950 hectares of cropland had been damaged and 145 houses had collapsed. In Hunan province, the local government has relocated more than 9,000 people with rural areas being hit by rain of 25cm plus, causing chaos for 361,000 residents and damaging 19,800 hectares of farmland. Four people died and another five are missing after downpours hit Liancheng County in eastern Fujian Province early on Wednesday morning, inundating streets and cutting off power supply.
