Indonesia – Flash floods in Indonesia’s West Sumatra province turned streets into a muddy river as water rushed through a market.
Texas, USA – Parts of Old East Dallas recorded nearly 4 inches of rain in just a few hours overnight Sunday into Monday morning. Flash Flooding resulted in some cars partially submerged in water in Old East Dallas. Some streets were temporarily closed because of street flooding.
