Hawaii – Many Kauai residents woke Saturday to parts of the islands under water after heavy rainfall moved in overnight. Kauai was under a flash flood warning for much of Friday night and Saturday morning. Numerous properties were inundated by high water levels. Portions of Oahu also saw some of the heavy rain, particularly on the northern and windward side.
