Tropical Storms – Roundup of Tropical Storms:

There are no current tropical storms.

Papua New Guinea – More than 200 households have been affected due to flooding in Morobe province of west coast of Papua New Guinea. The Rumu river overflowed. Also damages have been reported to several houses and public buildings across Gabnaron and Zifasing villages.

Greece – Heavy rainfall flooded several houses and shops in Skopelos. Similarly, road damage and landslides have been reported in Zagora-Mouresi Municipality. Mudslides have obstructed the the road linking Zagora and Horefto.

Crete – Authorities in eastern Crete closed the Lasithi plain to traffic to prevent accidents Thursday after the area flooded following four days of intense rainfall. This is the fifth time this year the plain has flooded and that the intensity and duration of the storms, which started on Monday evening and stopped yesterday morning, were unprecedented for the season.
