Canada – A state of local emergency has been declared in the Town of Peace River, Alberta, Canada due to flooding in its downtown caused by an ice jam.
New Zealand – Heavy rain caused flooding in West Harbour. Several properties were flooded following heavy rain in Dunedin where a stream burst its banks.
