Australia - Floods continue for central west NSW. Further flooding is expected in NSW with families heading bush for the school holidays urged to rethink travel plans. Residents in central west NSW and the Riverina are being warned to expect flooding and road closures. Flood warnings are current for 12 river systems, with the State Emergency Service (SES) saying the worst-affected areas are around the Lachlan, Murrumbidgee and Macquarie rivers.

India - Hyderabad experienced heavy rainfall in various parts of the city early on Wednesday morning, with flooding at some places. A flood-like situation prevailed at Kukatpally, Alwal, Qutbullapur and Malkajgiri, with thunderstorms leading to continuous rainfall throughout the night.
